Todd and the rest of the team are fantastic! They are always very prompt and informative when coming out to address service calls. They make it a point to go the extra step and make the experience quick and easy. The office staff is very responsive and keeps you updated on scheduled appointments.

Their craftsmanship was impressive and the team treated my home and family with respect during the entire process. I would recommend CUSI Electric to anyone. Their customer service is exceptional which is rare to find in 2020. Their technicians are also very knowledgeable, professional, and just over all nice. I’ve completed 3 jobs with them so far and they have all been excellent. In addition, I had a fourth job quoted but decided not to pursue it at the time. There was absolutely no pressure to have the work done, which I appreciated. Their prices are reasonable and lower than other electricians that I have worked with in the past. finally, they are locally owned and operated, which is another benefit.
