Tres oversees operations for all CUSI divisions. Tres’s bias for action allows CUSI to be decisive and nimble even as we continue to grow rapidly. Before joining CUSI in 2016, Tres led International Sales for Quintus Technologies and held leadership positions with Toyota Material Handling, Hyster/Yale Group and MH Equipment Company.
Melissa Nicholson Kickstarted her career back in 1993 as a Help Desk Analyst for an Ohio-Based company. With over 30 years of experience under her belt, she’s tackled roles like Store Systems Manager, IT Solutions Trainer, Project Manager, PMO Director, and is now the Chief Operations Officer at CUSITech. Throughout her time in the field, she’s mastered the art of project and program execution, scope management, cost analysis, and risk mitigation. But what really sets her apart is her ability to develop processes and implement best practices to make sure the company, clients and projects all succeed together.
Brent is a finance professional with over 13 years of experience. Brent’s role focuses on implementing and honing core financial processes, meeting reporting requirements, and participating in strategy and financial planning to help empower the company’s growth.
Ken’s nearly 10 years with CUSI have been exclusively dedicated to developing sales and marketing strategies that align the challenges prospective clients are facing and the solutions CUSI provides. Ken’s responsibility is building the systems and process to precisely target ideal customers and help drive CUSI’s continuous exponential growth.
Duane Hockersmith is an Electrical Project Manager with CUSI with multiple years of project management and electrical experience. His role is to coordinate projects and make sure our electricians are setup for success on a daily basis.
