How Do Whole Fans Work?

Since we normally experience cooler temperatures in the evenings, and early mornings, these are the ideal times to turn on a whole house fan.  All that is required of the homeowner is to open a few windows, and the whole house fans go to work to cool and ventilate your whole home. Whole house fans can exchange the air in your entire home every 3-4 minutes or 15- 20 times per hour.
